Walks Program Change
There has been a slight change to the On-Track Winter walks program, with two walks being swapped. Barbara Liddle's Booderee Explorer walk on June 10th will now happen on July 1st, swapping with Alison Smith's Booderee Whale Watching Circuit walk which moves from July 1st to June 10th.

The Karen Davis whale watching walk on the weekend of June 27/28 has been cancelled due to leader unavailability.

Ettremist now private !
Our newsletter / walks program has been moved to our Members Only area due to some potential members turning up for walks with inadequate gear and no idea of their responsibilities, while others with no intention of joining the club used our walks as free, guided tours. This was a burden our leaders did not need.

Annual Subscription Increase
Due to the rising cost of insurance, our annual membership subscriptions have been increased to $25 per year. Membership for those paying insurance through their membership of other clubs remains at $10 per year.

Car Sharing Cost - until end of August 09
10c per kilometre per passenger, rounded up/down to the nearest 10km and then the nearest dollar.

Additions to Club Library - March 09
• Understanding the Scenery - Morton NP & the coast from Nowra to Batemans Bay by Bob & Ann Young

• Backpackers Ultimate Guide - Australia 04
Wildflowers Of The Snow Country: A Field Guide To The Australian Alps by Ian Fraser & Margaret McJannett (Watercolours by Helen Fitzgerald)

Who to Call?
Leaders - immediately after the completion of your walks, please phone our Wednesday Walks Coordinator Tony Simmonds on 4422-9425 to let him know of your safe return, and the number of people you had on your walk.

Upcoming Events
Thursday 25th June - Nowra Players "She Stoops to Conquer" - see Theatre page.

Thursday 2nd July - Committee Meeting at 7:30pm at the home of Peter and Louise Dalton.

Thursday 6th August - AGM and Life Membership presentations at 7:30pm at the Nowra Town Band Hall in Kinghorne Street. The recipients will be club stalwarts Dot Gallagher, Lauri Ball and Ray Dalleywater.
